Shipping and Returns


ALL International orders require additional shipping charges.

  • Carriers used
    • The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).
    • Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Delivery estimation
    • Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please contact us for charges.
  • Shipping process
    • Please be assured that your items will ship out within four days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order.
    • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the first business day following.


You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date, provided that the item has not been used. Used or opened bed sheet sets are exchangeable up to 90 days if they thin, pill, shrink, or fade or have other manufacturers defect. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt. When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
Upon receipt of the return, SpaLena will refund the cost of the item minus shipping and handling fees to your original payment method. If you received free shipping on your order and return the product, our cost to ship the item will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Credits to your charge card
    • A credit will be issued as soon as we receive your return. It may take one to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Defective merchandise
    • We can issue a return postage label for you if your item is defective. Please call us to discuss this option. We can only pay for return postage if the item is defective.
  • Exchanges
    • If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. If you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of the additional items and shipping charges.
  • Incorrect orders
    • If we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, we apologize. You will not be charged for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise and we will arrange for the items to be shipped back to us.
  • Returns
    • If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges. Orders placed in November and December have an extended return policy time. All items purchased during these months are eligible for return or exchange for 60 days.
